Magnesium bisglycinate vs glycinate
Magnesium Bisglycinate is a chelated form of magnesium bound to the amino acid
glycine, to ensure optimal absorption and utilisation by your body. Magnesium glycinate
on the other hand is a form of magnesium bound to glycine, but is not chelated.
This bioavailable form of magnesium is very safe and gentle on the digestive system,
making it ideal for those who normally cannot tolerate other forms of magnesium well.
